Founded by a patent attorney with a background in mechanical engineering and a businesswoman whose career included working alongside industry pioneers and medical innovators, Recognition Awards International began with a single vision: to recognize and honor achievement and inspire progress.
What started as a company celebrating the ingenuity of engineers and research scientists soon became the first of its kind to recognize inventors through beautifully crafted patent plaques. Inspired by a biochemist, immunologist and engineer with multiple patents, the company later expanded its mission to include international medalists in wine and spirits addressing the need for formal recognition of exceptional producers worldwide.
